Pygmalion was a sculptor who, after seeing a group of prostitutes, was so disgusted that he decided to make an ideal woman of his own out of ivory. After meticulously crafting the statue he began to fall in love with it and named it Galatea. He eventually prayed to Aphrodite to give him a wife like his beloved statue and he came home to feel the statue become warm and soft.

If i had to choose a character who I would want to come to life it would probably be Saphira, the dragon from Eragon because I wouldnt have to take a car to school anymore and I could just fly everywhere and I could conquer cities and rule the world.
