Man was unified like he had never before been. He was creating and building things as one. Man desired to be closer to God, so he built a tower, a "stairway to heaven" to reach him. Man worked together and understood one another. How stupid of him. So God tore it down and said "Bitch make it with God-made materials". He confused their unified language so that they would no longer be able to communicate because he felt that they were building a monument to themselves. God-forbid the human race do anything productive together to better themselves (literally, God forbid it...). So now we are, i suppose, more dependent on God to keep us alive since we cannot seem to communicate to one another and are constantly in battle.
My next language would be Russian. I really love Russian accents and their powerful delivery. I already know Spanish pretty well, so it wouldn't be that difficult to learn another Romantic language; a Slavic one however...
