Genesis 1 explains how God created the Earth. First he
created light, then water, the sky, land, plants, stars, animals, and last man.
Genesis 2 is about the man and woman that God creates, Adam and Eve, and the
creation of the Garden of Eden. God put the man in the Garden of Eden to take
care of it. He made a woman out of a rib from the man so that the man would not
be lonely. In Genesis 3 the snake deceives Eve and talks her into eating off of
the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which God had told them to not eat
off of. God punishes Eve for not obeying him and Adam for listening to Eve. I
think that this is very similar to our temptation today. There are many times
where we know that we are not supposed to do something but we do it anyways
because of temptation, peer pressure, curiosity, etc. For example, when a
robber steals something they know that it is wrong and that will probably be
caught but they do it anyways for whatever specific reason.
