Adam and Eve

The beginning of the Bible is the story of Creation, where God creates the world and everything in it in seven days, including man and woman. The story also goes through the forbidden Garden of Eden and has the serpent tempt Adam and Eve, where they give in and eat the forbidden fruit.

This story has significant personal connection, as its the foundation for the faith I practice. My favorite verse from the passage is Genesis 1:27- "And in the image of God He created them. Male and female He created them." because it really shows how we're supposed to live in God's image. I think the story is beautiful in the Creation aspect because it talks about the dark and the light that God's creating. I know it may sound like a sad thing when they eat the fruit, but as a Christian, I take it as a peaceful meaning because even though these were the first sins in the history of humankind, it's what sets up the everlasting grace God provides for us throughout the rest of the Bible.
